Long-term Vision

Generate measurable socio-economic impacts, contributing directly to Ukraine’s recovery, European integration, and broader geopolitical stability.

Why Ukraine? Why Now?

Since the invasion of 2022, Ukraine’s energy sector has suffered catastrophic damage, resulting in profound social, economic, and security challenges:

- Over 63,000 energy infrastructure assets damaged or destroyed.
- Loss of more than 50% of national power generation capacity.
- Total sector damages exceeding €92.81 billion.
- Persistent blackouts, widespread energy poverty, and instability.
- Escalating demand for resilient, decentralized renewable energy solutions.

Addressing these challenges now is not merely humanitarian aid—it is a strategic investment in Europe’s collective energy security and long-term stability.

Strategic Goals

Our measurable objectives for the next five years:

Raise $1 Billion in Committed Capital by 2028

Mobilize professional and institutional investors through a robust governance framework and effective risk management instruments.

Deploy 1 GW of Resilient, Clean Energy Infrastructure

Fund diversified renewable energy projects, specifically targeting war-affected and grid-vulnerable regions.

Secure Comprehensive Project Protection via ECA and War-Risk Insurance

Guarantee 100% of investments through international insurance mechanisms, mitigating geopolitical and operational risks.

Ensure Rigorous ESG Compliance

Fully align all investment projects with EU ESG, SFDR, and Taxonomy regulations, reinforcing sustainable and responsible investment practices.

Deliver Tangible Benefits to Over 10 Million Ukrainian Citizens

Provide reliable energy access, restore essential services, and significantly enhance regional economic stability and quality of life.
